FutureClear Environmental Services was founded by Brian Gibson — a veteran who brought the same discipline and accountability from military service into the utility management industry. The premise was simple: small and mid-size water and wastewater facilities in Western Washington deserved the same level of expert, reliable operations as major municipalities.
Over 20+ years, FutureClear has grown from a single-operator company into a team of Washington State certified professionals serving facilities across six counties.
