About FutureClear

Built on Service. Driven by Results.

FutureClear Environmental Services was founded on one principle: the people who depend on clean water deserve operators who treat every shift like a mission. Over 20 years, that principle has earned us 20+ state plant awards and a zero-violation record.

Our Story

From Military Service to Water Service

FutureClear Environmental Services was founded by Brian Gibson โ€” a veteran who brought the same discipline and accountability from military service into the utility management industry. The premise was simple: small and mid-size water and wastewater facilities in Western Washington deserved the same level of expert, reliable operations as major municipalities.

Over 20+ years, FutureClear has grown from a single-operator company into a team of Washington State certified professionals serving facilities across six counties. We've earned 20+ Washington State Plant of the Year awards โ€” not by cutting corners, but by refusing to accept anything less than full compliance, full documentation, and full accountability.

Today, every HOA, municipality, and business that contracts with FutureClear gets the same thing: certified operators who show up, do the work, and make sure your community's water is safe every single day.
